Kaira creates space for equitable systemic change in the pioneering phase.

Do you feel to give our next generations more environmental and societal justice? Fantastic. 

Kaira supports pioneers with coaching, networking and donations in the early stages of their project with system-changing potential. As a result, we accelerate and deepen social and ecological systemic added value.

When selecting pioneers, our advisory board focuses mainly on the intended systemic social impact, feasibility, scalability, team potential and last but not least the vision.

Pioneering requires a lot of flexibility on the one hand and sticking to the vision around systemic change on the other. Once our advisory board decides to support a pioneer, this means that we trust the person or team in their vision.

We do not ask for reporting in the classic sense of the word, because we believe that pioneers better spend their time on the real work: putting the change into practice. With us, reporting happens in a conversation.

Donating money to Kaira means that you trust us in our vision and our process, the way we select our pioneers and in the way we guide them.

The donations we give to pioneers range from 5,000 euros to 10,000 euros. The advisory board decides which pioneers get how much.

Either you donate directly to our societal profit organisation.Then we can use the funds to support projects, build the community around systems change, salaries for our staff to further develop Kaira, communication, network development,… These donations are not tax deductible.

Or donate to our Friends of Kaira Fund, which is managed by the King Baudouin Foundation. Donations to this fund are 45% tax deductible. Donations to this fund can be used to finance pioneers, pay coaching for the pioneers and organise events, not for salary costs for our association.
